The knockout punch – this is the dream of every boxer. But to achieve this dream, it is necessary to train diligently. This is traditionally done through training with a punching ball, where you train and work out the bumps. If you are training at home, you may encounter a number of problems, from attachment to the lack of space and, maybe, discontent family members. 

A great alternative may be a mannequin for boxing. On the one hand, it is stable, and on the other, it can be easily moved to any place in the room. The materials used mitigate loud noises during training. After each strike, the male model cannot be knocked over, just a small wobble, and then returns to its upright position.

Perhaps the main characteristic of the mannequin is its resemblance to a real opponent. After a few blows to a generic punching bag that cause pain in to hand, you lose interest. Shots to this mannequin do not cause pain and induce a desire to continue the struggle. Finally, this mannequin can be used to practice precise blows on targeted weak points.
